User setup and management

The Admin can view and edit settings including removing or adding extensions, editing user information, and selecting user device(s). Changes can be made from a web browser at any time and are effective immediately.

Add, remove, and manage users

You can quickly update user personal information - name, email address, personal mobile phone number, and extension number. With the Admin site, update the system whenever there is any new member or departure.

Multiple device support

You can assign multiple devices to a user including PC apps, mobile apps, or IP phones. When there is an incoming call, all assigned devices will ring at the same time.

Outbound call permissions

You can control outbound calling permission for each individual extension or user. With settings for international calls, mobiles numbers, or land lines, you can align calling permissions to your company policy.
