Call Detail Records (CDR)
CDR provide a comprehensive view of call traffic including phone numbers and extensions, date/time of call, and call duration. Administrators can use the EVOX Admin center to review and examine CDR.
Call Detail Records (CDR)
You can browse comprehensive call records which include caller/callee info, call direction, date, time, duration, and call disposition.
Search and filter
The easy user interface lets you search by name, extension, ring group name, mobile number, or other key information to quickly filter and locate call records.
Export function
You can export CDR into a CSV file at any time so you can archive or analyze the data offline.
- Since call records can become extensive, we suggest you filter your CDR before you export the data.
