Web Call embeds VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) technology into a webpage, allowing users to make free calls directly from their browser. Businesses can display their Web Call link on their website, in email signatures, or even in ads to make it easier for potential customers to get in touch.
Traditional 0800 customer service hotlines require high security deposits and, when customers use mobile phones during peak hours, the cost can be up to NT$6 per minute. EVOX Web Call offers a unified, affordable rate regardless of peak or off-peak times.

Configure mandatory fields such as customer ID or company name for users to fill out before making a call. When integrated with EVOX’s PC App and contact database, this allows agents to access customer profile and communication history before answering the call to provide faster and more personalized service.
Web Call can be linked to a specified EVOX Connect ACD to tailor the incoming call response process. This ensures that customers can quickly reach the right person and that calls are evenly distributed to customer service agents.
